Re: Important question! In the master bath, I have the toilet paper on the handle of an old churn used by four generations (not including me) of the women in my family to churn butter.
In other bathrooms, they are over. |

Re: Important question! Assuming you are reaching from the right side of the picture it is over. If you are reaching from the left side of the pic it has to be under. Srsly terrible lack of a point of reference. In fact if you were reaching from between the two rolls there is no difference in either!
